RCC Associates, General Contractor Bottled Blonde Announces The Completion Of Just-Debuted Venue In Wynwood

RCC Associates, the South Florida-based general contractor specializing in restaurant and hospitality construction, and the general contractor for the Arizona-born Bottled Blonde Pizzeria + Beer Garden + Nightlife (Bottled Blonde) from Evening Entertainment Group, announced the completion and opening of the restaurant/entertainment concept in the Wynwood Arts District of Miami.

“RCC is thrilled to have built this highly anticipated venue,” said Robyn Raphael-Dynan, President of RCC Associates in a statement. “We were excited to have been selected as part of the team for this dynamic concept back in July 2021, and now we are proud to announce its debut.”

Bottled Blonde’s menu, curated by Chef Joe Absolar, includes a wide-ranging Italian selection of antipasto, artisanal salami and premium cheeses. From their authentic pizzas like the Bona (tomato, calabrian salumi, burrata, watercress, chili and honey), hand-made pastas like the Rigatoni Vodka (pink cream, chili flakes and Parmesan Reggiano) and their sandwiches such as the Crispy Chicken Sliders (buttermilk ranch chicken, pickles and secret sauce) and salads like the Crispy Calamari (bell pepper, carrot, napa cabbage, iceberg lettuce and lemon chili vinaigrette) – diners can pair any selection with the best in local craft beers, or a unique shaken (or stirred) specialty cocktail. After dark, the 8,896-square-foot space transforms into a nightclub with state-of-the-art lighting and high-tech sound, offering VIP tables and bottle service. The Italian restaurant meets Beer Garden concept also offers a signature mimosa tower, with 100 ounces of bubbly (three bottles of champagne) in each tower.

As general contractor, the RCC team was responsible for the project management, coordination, construction progress documentation in addition to all construction and work-site management of the build-out, including delivering the project on schedule and within budget.

This Wynwood location is the brand’s fifth location, and first location on the East Coast. (Currently, they have locations in Scottsdale, Dallas, Houston and Fort Worth).
