The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, the shopping destination in the heart of Pembroke Pines, announced the latest addition to its diverse tenant mix, LoveSac, featuring a range of furnishings, including their Sacs and Sactionals,.

LoveSac brings a fresh approach to home furnishings. LoveSac is located next to Häagen-Dazs in a 2,134-square-foot store.

“We extend a warm welcome to LoveSac at the Shops at Pembroke Gardens,” said Stuart Biel, SVP for Federal Realty in a statement. “This latest opening is part of a collection of new shops including Kendra Scott, Salt Life, LuluLemon and Sunglass Hut that we’re excited to deliver to the community, with still more to come in 2024.”

Situated at 527 SW 145th Terrace, Pembroke Pines, Fla., 33027, Shops at Pembroke Gardens has been operated at 100% occupancy for several years with a waiting list. In addition to the anchor tenants, the Shops is home to national brands including Banana Republic, Elie Tahari, Victoria Secret, Lululemon, among others. The destination also boasts the highest concentration of restaurants in Pembroke Pines including Agave Bandido, Brimstone Woodfire Grill and Sirocco Mediterranean.
