This week, Taubman Realty Group and Live! Hospitality & Entertainment, a division of the Cordish Companies, announced the opening of Vivo!, a new 62,000-square-foot dining and entertainment space opening this summer in Miami. Vivo! will open at the Dolphin Mall, located at 11401 NW 12th Street.
“It’s been incredible working with Taubman Realty Group to bring this world-class dining and entertainment experience to life at Dolphin Mall,” Scott Steenrod, chief operating officer of Live! Hospitality & Entertainment, said in a press release. “Vivo! Dolphin Mall will bring even more energy and excitement to an already bustling destination, including best-in-class food and drink, premier live music and entertainment, and first-class hospitality that our Live! brand is known for nationwide.”
Among the exciting concepts on Vivo’s roster of dining and entertainment destinations is Live! Hospitality & Entertainment’s own Sports & Social. Described in the press release as a “carefully curated dining, entertainment, sports viewing, and social concept,” it will feature “three bars, live music, and entertainment throughout the week, nostalgic arcade games, and an unrivaled sports-watch atmosphere.”
Featuring an elevated menu from James Beard Award-nominated chef John Suley, Vivo’s Sports & Social location will offer lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, serving up dishes like Crispy Kataifi Wrapped Shrimp, Cacio e Pepe Arancini, the Southwest Bowl, Truffle Mushroom Flatbread, a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and Beef Barbacoa Tacos.
“For brunch don’t miss out on avocado toast, savory breakfast skillets, and Chicken & Bliss,” reads the release, adding that, “the bar’s beverage program will include creative craft cocktails, specialty drinks, and an extensive line-up of local and national brews on tap.”
