Pure Green offers a variety of cold-pressed juices, shots, and smoothies, plus açai bowls and steel-cut oatmeal bowls. Guests looking for a blast of superfood and flavor can try the Heartbeet Shot, with beet, pomegranate, lime, and black pepper, or the Immunity Shot with ginger and lemon. Cold-pressed juices include the Melon Hydr8 (watermelon, strawberry, filtered water, lime, probiotics, Himalayan salt) and the Golden Girl (pineapple, carrot, turmeric, lemon, ginger).

Behind the location is Sophie Marquart, a first-time franchisee with the brand. Marquart is a transplant from Los Angeles, where the franchisee has tried out no shortage of similar products.

“I know the market pretty well,” Marquart told What Now on Wednesday morning. “I’m a pretty tough critic, and I find this product really exceptional.”

It follows that the brand would be a natural fit for the Goodtime Hotel, which Marquart says—with a slight note of apology for the West Coast reference—reminds her of the Beverly Hills Hotel, particularly with its bright colors.

“It’s a clever design. It’s not like anywhere else on Miami Beach. There are a slew of hotels, but this one is unique. It’s a cool place to hang out, and the pool is amazing.”

Marquart said the location is expected to complete construction at the end of February, with an opening shortly thereafter. And then? What’s next for the new franchisee? Will Marquart look to open further locations?

Marquart says it’s in the cards, but first things first: “I want to get this one open and going,” Marquart said. “Then I can look at the next one.”

If you’re looking for healthy juices, açai bowls, and more, get ready to check out Pure Green, coming soon to the Goodtime Hotel.
