After Opening One K Raw, the Dirty Rabbit Group Plans Next Venue

The group behind concepts like The Dirty Rabbit and The Mad Butcher will open La Mussa next

Founded In 2017, the Dirty Rabbit Group is the hospitality and entertainment collective behind a number of energetic Miami restaurants, bars, and more. Dirty Rabbit is perhaps best known for its Wynwood namesake, The Dirty Rabbit; and it’s also behind restaurant and bar concepts like La Tiendita Taqueria, The Mad Butcher Smoked Burgers & Speakeasy, and the recently opened One K Raw & One K Room Speakeasy.

Open at 1000 S Miami Ave. as of this fall, One K Raw offers a food menu featuring starters like Tuna TarTacos (Tuna Tartare, Chamoy Aioli, Green Fruit Slaw, Charred Pineapple, Citrus Coffee Spice, Avocado Mousse) and Signature Dishes like the 1K Smashed Burger (Certified Angus Beef Blend, 1K “Special Sauce,” House Made Pickles, Seasoned Fries, Potato Bun) and Wagyu Ragu Rigatoni (Mishima Wagyu Ox Tail, Preserved Lemon, Shaved Parmesan, Citrus Crumb.)

“The Dirty Rabbit Group successfully combines exceptional dining, beverage craftsmanship, vibrant art & top-tier entertainment to deliver outstanding atmospheres and one-of-a-kind experiences that guests enjoy and remember,” says the Dirty Rabbit Group website’s About page.

After launching One K Raw, the group is now preparing to debut another new concept, La Mussa.

Little information is available yet on La Mussa, which the Dirty Rabbit Group website lists as “COMING SOON.” A representative of the group declined to make any immediate comment on the project, and What Now is awaiting more information.
