The coffee and breakfast chain is finding more footing in South Florida, it seems. What Now recently came across a plan review filing for the new coffee house on Friday.
The location is denoted on the filing as 11293-11535 S Dixie Hwy. Just south of Veteran Way Side Park, the new franchise will share a strip mall with numerous eateries, like Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ, Flannigan’s Seafood Bar and Grill and Sushi Rock.
According to the Division of Corporations, it appears that Jessica Rosario is behind the new location. What Now has reached out to her for more details, but we have yet to receive a response. A spokesperson for the company said that they are waiting for permits to be approved and estimated that it would open in about a month.
