We can expect to find the concept at 1251 NE 9th Avenue in a couple of months. Currently, a Cianci is waiting on a custom espresso machine to be delivered from Italy, among other equipment, like refrigerators.

Partnered with Cianci is her brother, Charles Tracy, a Culinary Institute of America trained chef with a slew of restaurant and dining credits. Tracy will handle the food and beverage aspects of the concepts as Cianci will handle the business, employing her background in finance and business.

When they open, Charlie St. will feature a limited food menu that will eventually expand. They are starting small because Tracy intents to craft the dishes carefully from scratch.

Other features of the business will include a green wall in the dining area and numerous plants and flowers for sale as well.
