After 11 years on the rooftop of the building at 1111 Lincoln Road, Juvia suddenly closed its doors in August. According to recent coverage by the South Florida Business Journal, Juvia has found a new location, however, and is working to reopen before the end of next year.

The considerable new space will comprise 8,769 square feet indoors and another 7,100 square feet in its outdoor patio. That’s more than 150% of the size of Juvia’s previous location. A no-less-sizable crew will be employed in Juvia’s new home, including up to as many as 160 jobs.

“The level of gastronomy we are looking to offer mandates that we have a large team,” Juvia Group co-owner Jonas Millán says in the Business Journal Coverage.

Opening in Miami Worldcenter, Juvia will join a food and beverage roster that includes eateries like Brasserie Laurel, Chug’s Express, and El Vecino Cigar & Cocktail Bar.

What Now reached out to a representative of Juvia Group on Friday concerning the reopening timeline Juvia. The representative declined to comment at this time.
