After receiving a tip about plans for a Coconut Grove Bartaco, What Now looked into the matter, finding a series of job postings online for a Coconut Grove location, along with an LLC—Bartaco Coconut Grove, LLC—registered to representatives of Bartaco, including CEO Scott Lawton and CFO Levi Martin.

What Now reached out to Levi Martin on Friday to inquire about plans for a Coconut Grove Bartaco. Martin was not immediately available for comment.

Bartaco Wynwood offers a wide range of taco offerings, with flavor profiles like Spiced Chicken Verde (chile + herb marinate w/ aguacate salsa), Seared Chorizo (Argentinian-style spiced ground pork w/ sweet onion + cilantro + smoky red chimichurri sauce), and Baja Fish (Spicy tempura-battered cod w/ chipotle slaw).
