Midnight Cookies and Cream is expanding their reach in the Miami area, according to franchisee Dr. Jessica Hudson. The new location, scheduled to open in 30 days, will appear at 1555 SW 8th Street. It will neighbor a series of restaurants and bars and serve the late-night crowd. Other locations are generally open every day from 12-12.
Dr. Hudson is an area entrepreneur with organizations like Hands-on Development and Connections Divine in her portfolio. She also is the franchisee of another Midnight Cookies and Cream location in North Miami. In a phone interview with What Now Miami on Monday, Dr. Hudson shared that they have completed construction on the new locations and are in the licensing process.
The brand was started by Jonathan Mordechai, a body-builder with a sweet tooth. Midnight Cookies and Cream opened their first location in Hollywood, Florida in 2018. Since then, they have grown into seven total locations, according to their Facebook page.
The company commits on their website that their cookies are made to order with the best available ingredients and never-frozen dough.
