Opening in the Palm Beach Gardens retail center, which is anchored by a Winn-Dixie, Dolce Vida would join restaurants like Souvlaki Fast, The Lunchbox, and Dunkin’.

Behind Dragonfly Hospitality Group is owner Cinthya Requena. What Now reached out to Requena on Monday to inquire about plans for Dolce Vita Gelato & Cafe. Requena was not immediately available for comment.

That leaves few details currently available about the upcoming gelato concept’s menu offerings. But it’s safe to say that the new spot will be a welcome addition to Gardens Park Plaza—after all, who doesn’t like gelato?

What Now is awaiting further information about Dolce Vita’s Palm Beach Gardens opening, so stay tuned for updates as more details are revealed.
