Plantation Walk will be getting a new specialty coffee shop later this summer. Opening at 331 N University Drive, Unit M2-100, Un Attimo Coffee will offer coffee beverages, baked goods, breakfast and more, owner Nadia Piris told What Now on Thursday.
Operating from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.—give or take: some tweaks are still being made—Un Attimo will offer a variety of baked goods and a breakfast menu, along with lunch foods like sandwiches, salads, and wraps. It will also sell coffee beans for home brewing.
The space is expected to seat between 25 and 28 guests, and while Piris says no official opening date has been determined yet, Un Attimo is working to open before the end of the summer.
Launching in the large development on North University Drive, around the intersections with Northwest Second and Third Streets, Un Attimo Coffee will join a food and beverage roster that includes Tacocraft Taqueria & Tequila Bar, Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream, Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana, and Ford’s Garage.
