Kauam, inspired by Germany’s history of high quality beef, sought to highlight the hamburger’s proclaimed roots in his new menu. “Our buns are a mix of a brioche and potato buns, and the beefpatties are smashed and smoked blends of cuts. Every single sauce is home made and carefullyselected and prepared. We take a lot of pride in our ingredients,” Kauam said in a statement.

The menu features four signature burgers, including the Gutenburg Burger with a double patty, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, diced onion, house-made pickles, and topped with special sauce. Other options include the Goat Cheese and Wild Mushroom Burger, topped with crispy onion and aioli, and the Guten Belly of slow-cooked and caramelized pork belly, slaw, pickles and bourbon fig barbeque sauce. For the brunch lover, enjoy the Egg and Truffle, with a beef patty, fried egg and American cheese with truffle fries.

Gutenberg also offers a vegan plant-based burger, hot dogs, kids selections, and a dessert menu of delicious milkshakes, making it the perfect one stop shop for the entire group.

Time Out Market Miami is located at 1601 Drexel Avenue on Miami Beach.
