“Building permits have been filed, and we are currently going through the interior design process,” franchisee Steve Kittrell (who is opening the location along with his brother David) told What Now on Monday. Kittrell says Florida’s first X-Golf is planning to open in late Q1 2024.

The location will boast nine golf simulator bays, each of which includes a lounge area and TV’s for sporting events. Two of the bays will be partitioned off for private events or larger groups. The 10,000-square-foot space will feature a 30-seat bar outfitted with 8 televisions, offering guests a variety of drinks and casual, golf-simulator-friendly eats like pizza, wings, and pretzels.

“[The interior] design will incorporate natural materials and color tones with a mix of modern and vintage décor,” Kittrell said.

Like every X-Golf location, X-Golf West Palm Beach will be home to a PGA-certified professional and will have a heavy focus on golf leagues, making it a great option for guests who want to both socialize and improve their golf.
