The neighborhood classic, which has been open since 1995, brands itself as a Cuban and American fusion restaurant. According to the website: “Havana Harry’s is a modern restaurant inspired by Cuban, Spanish, and Latin American cuisine served up with a delicious twist.”

In a report from the Miami Herald, Centurion expressed hopes to expand the concept. However, don’t expect the expansion any time soon. Centurion told What Now that he and his team would need at least six months to a year of running the restaurant before looking for expansion opportunities. He hopes to learn and carefully preserve the “mom and pop” ambience before being quick to expand. However, once he does expand, Centurion expects to move further into Miami.

Centurion Restaurants is also planning an expansion of their ceviche gastrobar concept, Pizco Y Nazca into Coral Gables at 101 Miracle Mile. The restaurant will be taking over the old Miller’s Ale House sometime this year in Q4, Centurion estimates.

The group will also be bringing Pizco Y Nazca to Reston, Virginia, with hopes of finding footing in the greater DC area.

The company will eventually continue expanding their Bulla Gastrobar throughout Dade and Broward County, but Centurion didn’t have exact locations to share.
