The fifth CVI.CHE 105 offers lunch, dinner, daily happy hours, and an exclusive menu only available at The Plaza Coral Gables location.

“We’re not just opening a restaurant; we’re unveiling a new chapter of culinary passion and resilience,” said Chipoco in a statement. “This grand opening at The Plaza Coral Gables is a celebration of Peruvian gastronomy, a journey that began in my uncle’s bakery in Peru, took me through the bustling kitchens of Miami, and now finds its new home in the heart of the vibrant landscape of Coral Gables. Each dish is a story, and every patron becomes a part of our narrative.”

The space features a vibrant full bar with daily DJ performances, a spacious main dining area, and an inviting outdoor patio.

CVI.CHE 105 is located at 111 Palermo Ave, Suite #108, Coral Gables, FL 33134.

Hours of operation are: Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., Friday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
