With several locations already open in the Tampa and South Florida markets, Venetian pasta franchise Dalmoros Fresh Pasta to Go is preparing to launch its first West Palm Beach location in early February, franchisee David Caruso told What Now on Friday. But that’s not all Dalmoros has in store. There’s also a location in the works in Orlando, along with another South Florida outpost opening at Hollywood’s upcoming Block 40 Food Hall.

“That will be sometime in the spring,” Caruso said of the Hollywood location.

Do you see a food hall location working differently than some of the others? What Now asked.

“With the food hall, we can really complement all the other options that are there. After all, who doesn’t love pasta?”

There are differences to be expected in West Palm Beach as well. Unlike the current Dalmoros at 489 E Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach, the West Palm location (opening at 400 Clematis St, Suite D) will feature a lot more seating: about 25 indoors and 20 outdoors, Caruso said.

On the menu side, the brand recently launched an authentic carbonara and is also starting to serve up a Lemon Sorbetto, served up in the skin of a lemon, imported straight from Italy.

The DalMoros menu offers a build-your-own approach to pasta. To start, pick a shape: Fusilli, Rigatoni, Fettuccini, or Bigoli. Then select a sauce from meat sauces like Amatriciana (Fresh Tomato Sauce, Smoked Bacon, Onions, Black Pepper), vegetarian sauces like Boscaiola (White Cream Sauce, Mushrooms, Parmigiano Cheese, Garlic), and vegan sauces like Napoletana (Fresh Tomato Sauce, Oregano, Garlic, Black Pepper, Fresh Basil). Finish off with toppings like chicken, bacon, green olives, mushrooms, Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh Parmigiano, and more.
