Just Salad Continues South Florida Growth with Downtown Miami Location

The brand will open its eighteenth Florida store in Q3 2024

Founded in 2006, Just Salad is a fast-casual restaurant concept offering healthy and sustainable meals at more than 80 locations in eight states. The brand already has seventeen stores open and operating in the state of Florida, and it’s planning to open another later this year in Downtown Miami.

“The brand serves craveable, accessible, plant-centric meals made with homemade dressings, prepped-daily produce, from-scratch recipes and fresh, flavorful ingredients,” a representative of Just Salad told What Now on Monday. “Empowering customers to ‘Eat with Purpose,’ Just Salad is a Certified B Corporation™ and home to the world’s largest restaurant reusable program, as well as the first U.S. restaurant chain to carbon label its menu and offer a Climatarian menu category.”

Just Salad’s menu features more than 15 salads, warm bowls, avocado toasts, soup, and smoothies, including popular salad choices like The Crispy Chicken Poblano, Thai Chicken Crunch, and Tokyo Supergreens. Guests are also encouraged to purchase a $2 reusable bowl, receiving a free topping with each reuse.

The new Downtown location is expected to launch in Q3 2024, opening at 200 S Biscayne Blvd.
