The menu has an array of signature dishes, including rolls, sashimis, nigiris, ceviches, tiraditos, and other creations crafted by the chefs. Each dish combines the diversity and vibrancy of Peruvian cuisine with the elegance and finesse of Japanese culinary artistry.

“We are thrilled to introduce Manta Nikkei to the vibrant food scene of Miami,” said co-owner Andres Lozada in a statement. “Our aim is to create a memorable experience that celebrates the harmonious union of two extraordinary cultures through our cuisine.”
