The Doral location is one of several new Just Salad restaurants planned for the state of Florida before the end of 2023, a representative of the company told What Now on Friday. Currently home to 16 Just Salad locations, Florida is expected to reach a total of twenty by January.

Just Salad’s salad menu features healthy choices like Crispy Chicken Poblano (Extra Crisp Romaine + Shredded Kale, Crispy Chicken, Grated Cotija, Hass Avocado, Roasted Corn, Overnight Pickled Onions, Crunchy Tortillas, Fresh Lime), the California Cobb, and the Chipotle Cowboy w/ Beyond Chicken® (Extra Crisp Romain, Beyond Chicken®, Homemade Pico de Gallo, Hass Avocado, Crunchy Tortillas).

The name notwithstanding, Just Salad does not just serve salads. A selection of Warm Bowls includes the Chicken Fajita Bowl, the Spicy Tofu Crunch bowl, and the Warm Shawarma Bowl. Several wraps are also on offer, like the Honey Crispy Chicken Wrap and the Vegan Chipotle Wrap.

Located just south of the 87th-36th intersection, the planned location will open in a building that currently houses First Watch and Panda Express. Nearby eateries include World of Beer and Lime Fresh Mexican Grill.
