The stretch of North Dixie Highway between Foster Road and Northwest Fourth Street in Hallandale Beach will soon be home to a new lounge concept. A plan review submitted recently MI PATIO LOUNGE LLC shows Kiska Lounge opening at 409 N Dixie Highway.
Behind MI PATIO LOUNGE LLC is owner Yury Matovetskiy. What Now contacted Matovetskiy on Monday to inquire about plans for the new lounge’s opening. Matovetskiy declined to comment immediately on the project.

The Dixie Highway location is situated opposite the train tracks from Northeast First Avenue, to which Dixie Highway connects via Northwest Third Street one block south. There you can also find another local restaurant, Ceviche Avenue, located in a retail center that houses The Genius Kids Academy and Cruciform Church.
