Lasso Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse is planned to appear at 2457 E Sunrise Blvd, which previously was home to Texas De Brazil, another brand of Brazilian steakhouses. As Munekata reports, he and his partners are in the permitting stage of pre-opening, and they do not have an opening date to share yet.

Munekata runs Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse in North and South Carolina. However, the Lasso Gaucho brand will be a departure from his previous work.

Guests can expect to find an elevated dining experience. “The concept in general that we are going with in Florida is more upscale,” Munekata said.

Munekata also shared that he has partnered with Antonio Jochem and Rudimar Rech, who have extensive experience with the cuisine, to bring the concept to fruition.
As mentioned above, this concept is early in its development, but you can keep up with the brand’s social media here.
