“It’s going to be all kinds of breakfast foods,” Eleanor, who owns the upcoming food truck, told What Now on Saturday morning.

Get ready for the tried-and-true classics: eggs, toast, sausage, bacon, plus some seafood proteins like fish and shrimp. Coffee and tea will also be on offer for those looking for their caffeine fix.

Pumpkin’s Kitchen hasn’t determined any precise location(s) yet, but Eleanor says you can expect to find it around West Palm Beach. This fall, on your drive through West Palm, keep an eye out for this upcoming truck.

Be sure to check back here for updates as more info on Pumpkin’s Kitchen becomes available.
