Earlier this week, the South Florida Business Journal reported that Miami Worldcenter, a 27-acre development in Downtown Miami, has signed three new tenants to its roster. These include Club Studio, a fitness concept making its debut at Miami Worldcenter; Luli Fama, a luxury swimwear brand; and Earls Kitchen + Bar, a Canadian restaurant chain with 68 locations in North America.

Earls already has several restaurants operating in Florida, including a Dadeland Mall location and a location in Orlando. At Miami Worldcenter, it will occupy an 8,400 square-foot space in the “Jewel Box” retail building.

The Dadeland location’s menu opens with Sushi + Raw choices like Spicy Tuna Sushi Tacos and Oysters on the Half Shell. Main Plates include BBQ Ribs + Cajun Chicken with warm potato salad, bacon, and coleslaw; Cajun Oven Roasted Salmon with confit garlic butter, jasmine rice, and seasonal vegetables; and a Ribeye with Truffle Butter. Plant-based diners will be happy to find a Vegan Impossible Burger, Buffalo Cauliflower, and the Vegan Mother Earth Bowl, with mixed greens, roasted yam, cauliflower, quinoa, almond crumble, broccoli pesto, and a white balsamic vinaigrette.

And this is only a glimpse of the chain’s considerable, and considerably various, menu.

What Now reached out on Thursday to Regional Director of Operations Robert Speed for more information. Speed declined to comment at this time, other than to provide a tentative opening project. To wit, The Miami Worldcenter Earls Kitchen + Bar location is working toward an opening in 2024.
