Later this year, Native Realty will launch Marina Village, a waterfront food hall and entertainment venue, at Fort Lauderdale’s iconic Bahia Mar resort. In the coming days and weeks, What Now will take a closer look at a few of the culinary concepts headed to Marina Village.

News broke on June 20 that leases have been signed for five concepts: Blue Steel PizzaBurgers and ShakesFresh Garden BowlsQuore Gelato, and Yip.

With a location already operating at 2460 E Commercial Road in Fort Lauderdale, Jersey-born pizza brand Blue Steel Pizza is expanding its South Florida presence with its upcoming location in Marina Village.

Blue Steel offers a menu of Detroit-style pizzas in varieties like Mom’s Spaghetti (red sauce, shredded mozzarella, brick cheese, spaghetti, meatballs, pecorino), Ba Wit Da Za (vodka sauce, mozzarella, brick cheese, sausage, whipped ricotta, cherry pepper relish), and Drift Away (bechamel, mozzarella, brick cheese, garlic shrimp, bacon, chives).

On top of its pizzas, Blue Steel’s menu also features starters like Crab Fries, Fried Chicken Bao Buns, and Chicken wings; handhelds like the Chargrilled Burgers and the Chicken Milanese Sandwich; and plates like Steak Fried Rice and Rigatoni & Sausage. A variety of fun cocktails and other drinks are also on offer.
