Pinstripes, the experiential dining and entertainment destination, has announced that it will open its doors this December at Esplanade at Aventura. Pinstripes’ first Florida location (and 15th location nationwide) features full-service Italian-American cuisine, handcrafted cocktails and a modern twist on bowling and bocce. Pinstripes at Aventura marks the first of two Miami locations set to open in the coming months, with a second slated for Coral Gables in Spring 2024.
Occupying 30,000 square feet across two floors, this Italian-American bistro seamlessly blends chef-driven dining with the excitement of bowling and bocce. The ground-floor “bistro” features an Italian-American menu with seasonal entrées and craft cocktails, all within an ambiance complemented by an eclectic display of abstract art specifically crafted to reflect Miami’s vibrant culture commissioned by artist Charity Gangale. Restaurant-style seating provides flexibility for guests to enjoy their meals at booths, tables surrounding the bar, or in front of big-screen TVs airing major sporting events on the rooftop patio. Pinstripes Aventura has 12 bowling lanes, five indoor and outdoor bocce courts, a curated wine cellar, and a spacious private event area featuring a ballroom suitable for 20 to 1,500 people.

Upon opening, Pinstripes intends to host a high volume of private corporate and social events – targeting 1,000 events within its first year of operation.

Pinstripes’ menu of made-from-scratch recipes, conceptualized by Chief Culinary Officer Cesar Gutierrez, features house-made Italian-American classics, including rotating seasonal specialties prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Menu highlights include wood-fired pizzas and flatbreads, like the Prosciutto Fig with Gorgonzola-mascarpone spread, Fontinella and truffle arugula; sandwiches, such as the Prime Rib Dip with provolone cheese, horseradish cream and au jus nestled between a pretzel bun; and chef entrées such as the Maple Glazed Salmon, made with Mediterranean grains, cucumber grape tomato, pesto and calabrese sauce, or the Char-Grilled Rib-Eye, made with hand-cut certified Angus beef, three-cheese polenta, grilled asparagus, roasted shallot and bordelaise sauce.
Guests can satisfy their sweet tooth with a selection of dreamy desserts, including a seasonal array of homemade Italian gelato or the brand’s Classic Tiramisu, served with whipped mascarpone, ladyfingers and La Colombe coffee.
Every Saturday and Sunday, guests can indulge in the Pintastic Brunch Buffet, the brunch experience featuring sweet and savory culinary delights, including a waffle station, omelet station, carving station featuring prime cuts of Maple-Glazed Ham and Herb-Crusted Prime Rib accompanied by a variety of sauces; and chef specialties, including Chicken and Goat Cheese Pasta or Herb-Roasted Chicken. Guests can also enjoy bottomless mimosas and Aperol spritzes or a Milk Chocolate Fondue with an assortment of dip-ables.
Pinstripes’ plates pair with its thoughtfully selected wine list, craft beer selection and handcrafted cocktails. Guests can sip on Italian spins on classic cocktails, including a Margarita Italiano, concocted with Don Julio Silver tequila, Meletti limoncello, sour mix, a splash of pomegranate and a lime garnish; Limoncello Martini, made with Meletti limoncello, Grand Marnier fresh lemon, citrus sour mix and a lemon twist; and Violeta, with Gray Whale gin, Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette, fresh lemon juice and La Marca prosecco topped with a sugar rim.

Pinstripes is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Happy hour is available Monday through Friday from 3-6:30 p.m., and brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
With the opening of the Aventura location, Pinstripes will bring an estimated 130 new jobs to the area.
