A new concept called Pretty in Pink, of which the details are still slim, is slated to appear in Coral Gables soon. The restaurant will be brought to us by the team behind Sugar Factory, which is owned by Charissa Davidovici.
What Now Miami spoke briefly with Beshoy Rizk, who is the Chief Operating Officer of Sugar Factory to confirm details. According to Rizk, the concept will appear at 177 Giralda Avenue. Leasing data shows that they have recently signed onto the building and their lease begins this month.
Rizk shared that this is an entirely different concept from the Sugar Factory.
When the establishment will open is unclear. Rizk shared that they have not begun construction. The neighborhood welcoming Pretty in Pink offers numerous other established restaurants and nightlife locations, such as: The Bar, Luca Osteria and Pasion del Cielo Coffee. Pretty in Pink will be moving into the former Spanish restaurant La Dorada.
