PS, a Los Angeles-based company that owns and operates private airport terminals offering luxury terminal service for commercial fliers, announced earlier this year that it will be expanding to Miami International Airport. Launching in 2025, this new premium experience “pairs global sophistication and local culture, with efficiency, safety, privacy, and luxury amenities for the frequent affluent traveler,” announced a press release back in May.

The new private terminal at MIA will offer a comfortable and luxurious experience that allows travelers to skip the hustle and bustle of a busy airport and enjoy “an elevated lounge experience, The Salon, and Private Suites equipped with a private balcony, or the landscaped courtyard for some final moments in Miami’s sunshine.”

The terminal’s service is completely self-contained, including on-site TSA screening for passengers before a quick drive to board their planes on the tarmac via jet bridge stairs. Arriving guests receive the same treatment and private pickup from their planes upon landing.

“As the nation’s busiest airport for international passengers, with more flights to Latin America and the Caribbean than any other, MIA is an intuitive location for our expansion. We look forward to bringing the superior service and convenience for which PS is known to the discerning travelers that fly to and through Miami,” PS CEO Amina Belouizdad Porter said in a press release. What Now reached out to Belouizdad Porter on Monday. The CEO was not immediately available for comment.

Founded in 2017 as The Private Suite, PS owns and operates private air terminals at a growing number of airports. It is opening new locations in Atlanta this summer and in Dallas Fort Worth in the spring of next year. Its terminal at MIA will occupy the former Pan American Regional Headquarters, which will be renovated by acclaimed architect Richard Heisenbottle—a renovation “demonstrating architectural innovation, creativity, and deference to the building’s past.”

“We look forward to welcoming PS MIA and seeing the transformation of this historic building,” Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine-Cava said in the press release. “MIA is a world-class airport, so what better location to offer these wonderful world-class services than Pan Am’s former Miami headquarters, the epicenter of the aviation industry’s golden age.”
