Pubbelly Sushi Appears to Be Planning a Pembroke Pines Location

It would be the chain’s sixth location in South Florida

Founded by partners Andreas Schreiner, Jose Mendin, and Sergio Navarro, South Florida favorite Pubbelly Sushi appears to be poised to expand to Pembroke Pines. A recently submitted plan review shows the restaurant headed to 306 SW 145th Ave Suite A100.

Pubbelly offers drinks, a Happy Hour Menu, and a Brunch Menu, on top of its appetizing dinner menu. In its Miami Beach location, this menu has featured shareables like Korean Bravas, French Onion Miso Soup, and Tuna Tartare. From the grill come dishes like Miso Black Cod with charred spring onions, Grilled Octopus with spicy lemongrass and crispy garlic, Spare Ribs, and Japanese eggplant with red miso, garlic chips, chives, and sesame.

Pubbelly’s sushi menu features a selection of sashimi and nigiri choices, including Bigeye Tuna Sashimi with burrata, heirloom tomatoes, basil ponzu, and olive oil, and Crispy Yellowtail nigiri with black truffle yuzu soy, frites, and chives. Dessert choices include Miso Bread Pudding and Mochi Ice Cream.
