Behind the restaurant is owner Jian Wu. What Now reached out to Wu on Wednesday to ask about plans for Tasty Ramen. Wu said construction has started on the restaurant but that the concept remains under development. Wu declined to comment further on the project.

As a result, the specifics of the upcoming restaurant’s menu remain unknown for the time being—apart from those instant noodles, of course.

The 20901 Old Cutler Road address is that of a recent mixed-used development called the Shoppes of Cutler Bay. It is currently home to a Publix and features a total 82,985 square feet of leasable space. Much of the development’s space appears to be unleased at this time, but that may be changing. Tasty Ramen appears to be one tenant.
