The intersection between Wilton Drive and Northeast 21st Court in Wilton Manors will soon be home to a new LGBTQ+ bar. The much-anticipated West End Lounge will open at 2100 Wilton Drive, next to Tulio’s Tacos and Tequila Bar.
“Immerse yourself in an elegant atmosphere while enjoying exceptional cocktails, outstanding service, and unforgettable live music from performers around the country,” says the West End Lounge website.
Word about West End Lounge has been out for a while, although the bar has faced delays in opening, owner Chris O’Neill told OutClique, in an interview.
“We want The West End Lounge to be where people can immerse themselves in a beautiful atmosphere and enjoy signature cocktails, elevated light bites, and occasional live music,” O’Neill told OutClique. “Our initial renderings of the space have received overwhelmingly positive responses, so we know we are on to something special.”
What Now reached out to Chris O’Neill to inquire about plans for the opening. O’Neill declined to comment personally on the project.
