“We’re so excited about being involved with E11even and their lifestyle brand,” Tim Petrillo, Founder & CEO of the Restaurant People, told What Now on Tuesday. “What they’ve created is incredible and we’re just happy to be a part of it.”

A recent press release describes Giselle as “sophisticated yet eclectic, seductively captivating, edgy, and outright extravagant, on every level.” The space will be designed by award-winning, South Africa-based interior architect Tristan du Plessis, offering “high-style design, modern elegance, and custom-made décor elements from all around the world, including Italy, the Netherlands, Paris, London, Greece, New York, South Africa, and Miami.”

“After searching for two years for the perfect partners to work with us to transform the rooftop space at E11EVEN Miami, we found the perfect synergistic fit in Tim Petrillo and Alan Roth of The Restaurant People, who share our vision of bringing a top-notch, global concept with spectacular hospitality to Miami,” E11even Miami owner Dennis DeGori said in the press release.

Spearheaded by Chef Gustavo Zuluaga, the menu will feature “globally-inspired fare enriched with Giselle’s signature added flair.”

It’s also the first full service restaurant in Miami for The Restaurant People, the team behind nightlife concepts like O Lounge and, most recently, Rosa Sky.

Making her debut early next year, Giselle will be “a world-class culinary concept that fuses elevated culinary offerings in a glamorous yet inviting space,” Petrillo said in the press release.
