Founded by CEO Gregory Galy, Riviera Dining Group is continuing to develop its roster of restaurant brands. Its Miami Beach restaurant MILA was one of a number of Miami restaurants to make Restaurant Business Online’s Top 100 most profitable restaurants. News broke this week, too, that RDG has signed a deal to open a restaurant, lounge, and members-only rooftop concept at the E11even Hotel & Residences in 2025.

But that’s not all Riviera Dining Group is up to: the restaurant group is also expected to launch a new concept in Brickell later this year: Casa Neos.

“Located along the breathtaking scenery of the Miami River and overlooking at downtown skyline, CASA NEOS Miami is a unique and paradisiacal modern agora, a new home away from home,” reads copy on the Riviera Dining Group website.

Totalling 30,000 square feet, Casa Neos will be a venue encompassing “four different settings, all equally filled with a laid-back spirit and transporting vibe.” These include a members-only MM beach club with a “warm-salted pool and a wooden deck”; an open-air modern Mediterranean restaurant; a 4-suite boutique hotel; and a rooftop lounge “offering a unique MediterrAfrican culinary and lifestyle experience.”

You can follow @casa_neos on Instagram to stay up to date on the opening.
