“Holy Avocado is your go-to destination for mouthwatering fast food with a healthy twist,” says the brand’s website. “We’ve taken your favorite classics and elevated them with the goodness of avocado, all while keeping the taste and speed you love.”

The menu has a little bit of everything, from the Avocado Vegan Burger to the Avocado Lovers’ Salmon Taco. “Looking for a sandwich? Dive into our Tuna Melt Sandwich.” Or, “start your day right with any of our heavenly avocado toast options”—including Avocado Toast Salmon, Avocado Toast Caprese, and Avocado Toast Shrimp. There’s a selection of smoothies too.

Owner Karla Ibarra founded the restaurant after finding her attempts to eat healthy thwarted by the lack of fast, affordable, and wholesome food choices. The brand is now expanding in South Florida, and it has locations turning up in other Florida markets as well (including one location already open in Tampa).

Launching in the Las Olas Boulevard location, Holy Avocado would join food and drink concepts like Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar, Kavasutra Kava Bar, and Floridian Restaurant.
