Since its founding in 2019, Holy Avocado—a South Florida-born healthy fast-food chain—has built a following that is now leading it to expand with several new locations. The brand is currently at work on a new location at 7780 Griffin Road in Davie, and recently submitted plan review paperwork indicates the brand isn’t done growing.

The plan review indicates a new Holy Avocado headed to North Miami, opening at 14316 Biscayne Blvd.

“I’ve been eating healthy for a long time, and when I was passing through somewhere and needed something fast, there was nothing,” owner Karla Ibarra told What Now in an interview last year, explaining the germination of a new concept that would offer guests healthful food at fast-food speed—importantly—fast-food prices.

The Holy Avocado in Hallandale Beach offers a wide range of healthy options for any meal of the day. There are a range of avocado toast offerings, served up with eggs, with feta, with shrimp, Caprese-style, and in other varieties. If you’re looking for a healthy burger, you can find the Beef Burger, the Salmon Burger, and the Vegan Burger.

You can try the brand’s Stuffed Avocados, which come in varieties like Salmon (Smoked salmon, arugula, tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, capers, olive oil, and lime) and Shrimp (Shrimp salad, arugula, olive oil mayo, tomatoes, balsamic glaze).
