“In 1999 we set out on a dream: To bring the best Argentinean dining experience to Miami. And we did it!” says the Baires Grill website. “More than 20 years later, we have six locations where locals and tourists enjoy ‘The Baires Grill Experience,’ and more to come soon.”

The Brickell location’s dinner menu opens with appetizers like Mussels Provençal with white wine, garlic, and parsley, and Salmon Mango Tiradito with ponzu ginger sauce, sesame seeds, avocado, and scallions. From the grill come Baires Grill’s 12-oz. Certified Angus Skirt Steak, 24-oz. Cowboy Steak, and 8-oz. Filet Mignon, among other cuts. Additionally, a selection of pasta dishes includes Gnocchi, Prosciutto di Parma Tortellini, and Pappardelle with Mushroom Ragu.

To drink, choose from a selection of crafted cocktails like the Mezcalita Azul (Amaras Mezcal, Blue Curacao, fresh lime juice, rosemary agave syrup), the Classic Old Fashioned, and the Malbec Sour (Heaven’s Door Bourbon, malbec wine, fresh lemon juice, raw sugar, dehydrated lemon).

What Now reached out on Tuesday to owner Alejandro Koenig. Koenig declined to comment on plans for Baires Grill’s Doral location.
