The restaurant will occupy an 8,100-square-foot space, with seating for 215 guests indoors and an additional 78 seats on its 1,500-square-foot patio, the coverage says. It’s expected to hire about 300 staff members.

The Cheesecake Factory’s massive menu features a selection of Small Plates and Snacks, Flatbread Pizzas, Glamburgers, Pastas, Steaks, Sandwiches, and much, much more. Its cheesecakes have come in decadent varieties like Cookie Dough Lover’s Cheesecake with Pecans, Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake, and Adam’s Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple (creamy cheesecake swirled with caramel, peanut butter, Butterfingers and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups).

Opening at the Promenade at Coconut Creek, the Cheesecake Factory will join a dining community that includes Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, Naked Taco, Bar Louie, Carrot Express, and more.
