Only one of the concepts has a given address, Civilien Wine, at 85 SE 6th Ave in Delray Beach, just off of the busy E Atlantic Ave.

According to a job listing on Craigslist, the group is looking to hire back-of-house staff for these concepts. When they will open is unsure. What Now reached out to Schott for more details, but have yet to hear back.

Schott, who has a history in design and restaurant entrepreneurship, has always sought to bring a fresh perspective and scene to each of his concepts. Per the website: “I’ve always prided myself on showing people what they haven’t seen before, even if it doesn’t generate the same kind of instant revenue by maximizing every inch of the space to generate money, and treating guests like dollar signs.”

The Some Future brand is known for their unique nightlife and restaurant venues. Others include The OG, Better Days, Wynwood Diner, Radio, 15 West and Exit 66. More information about their concepts can be found here.
