The group recently released a job posting for front of house and back of house employees for what it called Groot Hospitality’s “newest restaurant.” An exact location for the new concept is unknown. The listing denotes that we can expect the restaurant to open sometime this summer.

What Now got in contact with a spokesperson for the Groot Hospitality brand who confirmed the plans for another restaurant, but refused to offer more information until the company makes an official announcement. The release is expected sometime next week. Check back to this article for an update.

Groot Hospitality is known for their concepts Komodo, Swan, Bar Bevy, OTL, Papi Steak, Strawberry Moon, and Sushi Fly Chicken. The group is also responsible for the nightclubs LIV at Fontainebleu and Story. As the spokesperson reports, there are several new and exciting developments for the brand that will be announced in the coming weeks.
