Located on the ground floor of the building at 800 SE Fourth Ave. in Hallandale Beach, In Coffee We Trust has met with success serving up coffee, breakfast, lunch, and pastries. And now the brand is preparing to expand to a second location at 2028 Harrison Street #8 in Hollywood, according to a recently submitted plan review.

What Now reached out on Monday to co-owner Vanessa Escobar to inquire about the planned expansion. Escobar said the new location would feature some changes to the menu, as a result of differences between the two locations—the first being on the first floor of an office building, and the upcoming Hollywood location being a retail storefront location. Escobar declined to comment further on what can be expected in the new location, other than that it will be “the same concept, the same brand,” sticking to its strengths.

“To us,” sums up the brand’s website, “the recipe to a happy life consists of: hustle, a sprinkle of sass, a dash of sarcasm, and a whole lot of coffee.”

Escobar did not confirm the address listed in the plan review.

The Hallandale Beach location’s menu offers a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks; breakfast offerings like an Egg & Cheese sandwich on a croissant, bread, or bagel; and lunch choices like the Turkey Sandwich, the Schnitzel Sandwich, and the Beet Feta Salad.
