New York-style Little Mike’s Pizzeria Restaurants will soon open its doors to Pembroke Pines residents.
The popular restaurant with more than 200 five-star reviews on Google currently serves residents in North Lauderdale.
Although the pizzeria has been at the North Lauderdale location for two years, Pembroke Pines was always the dream, owner Michael Temchuk said.
However, a lack of available spaces kept Temchuk from opening his first location in Pembroke Pines.
“I had a dream I wanted to accomplish so when my first location became available I jumped at the opportunity,” he said.
However, he did not give up on Pembroke Pines.
The new location at 9843 Pines Blvd. will have space for more seating compared to the current location.
“This location differs from our first location in that my ideas grew since first opening up,” Temchuk said. “I can really take off with my new ideas in this location; things I’ve been waiting two years to implement.”
While the location may be bigger than its first, customers can still look forward to the “hip modern take on a classic New York-style pizza, wings, panini and famous desserts,” Temchuk added. There will also be custom chalk dine-in tables and access to on the games on a flat TV screen.
“We are not too big, but not too small,” he said. “We are a mom-and-pop shop vibe with a modern twist. We know that customer will be in love at first slice.”
Temchuk plans to open the second location by November 1st.
