Since the opening of its first South Beach restaurant in 2004, LIME has built a robust, loyal following across South Florida with 15 locations in the tri-county area.

The restaurant’s website talks about the LIME Fresh concept and reads, “No freezers. No microwaves. Just great food, good vibes and all the homemade salsa you can handle. Oh, and that queso tho.”
