The company is the work of Andrew Weil, who opened the first restaurant with the goal of promoting his ‘anti-inflammatory’ life-style. The award-winning brand features a health-driven, seasonal menu with a focus on consciously-sourced ingredients. You can find a selection of gluten-free, naturally organic, vegetarian, and vegan options.

True Food offers seasonally-rotating menus that take advantage of naturally ripe fruits and vegetables in order to obtain the best flavor and richest nutrients. The brand has sprawling menus of salads, pizzas, burgers and sandwiches, entrees, and more. Wine, beer, seltzer, and craft cocktails are also available to order.

Together with a new location opening in Tampa later this month, the Miami storefront marks the growth of True Food’s Florida footprint to 6. Locations can be found already open in Napes, West Palm Beach, Jacksonville, and Boca Raton.

True Food Kitchen Miami will open at 8888 SW 136th Street, Suite 340A, this spring, and the company’s website shares an opening date will be announced soon.
