True Food Kitchen, the seasonally-inspired restaurant & craft bar announced today that it will open its newest Miami-based restaurant at The Falls on Monday, June 27, 2022.
The opening of True Food in Miami marks the brand’s 6th restaurant in the state of Florida and its 42nd location nation-wide. True Food will host a four-week job fair which started on Monday, May 16 with plans to hire 140+ team members including servers, bartenders, hosts/esses, chefs, cooks, dishwashers and more.
True Food Kitchen located at The Falls will feature a thoughtfully designed spacious dining room with 385 seats, an open kitchen designed to bring guests closer to the restaurant’s culinary craft, a private dining room to accommodate up to 8 guests, a separate To-Go entrance and counter, and a full-service bar. The restaurant features a covered patio overlooking the waterfront seating 124 guests. Indoors, natural woods and vibrant, locally-inspired artwork add a contemporary touch to the earthy color scheme, natural elements and greenery, including indoor and outdoor garden basins filled with fresh herbs and spices. Eco-friendly materials are utilized throughout the restaurant, and dining chairs made of recycled soda bottles.
Co-founded by integrative medicine expert, Dr. Andrew Weil, True Food Kitchen’s menu closely adheres to his anti-inflammatory food pyramid, which focuses on eating foods that help maintain optimal health. The restaurant will offer a variety of flavor-forward dishes and beverages for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.
True Food Kitchen will open with a variety of ordering options. In-store, guests are offered the option to order via their mobile phone, allowing them to scan, order and pay directly from their device. True Food will offer guests the convenience of enjoying food in the comfort of their home by featuring the full menu online for pick-up or delivery.
To celebrate the grand opening, True Food is giving away one complimentary Chef’s Dinner for six including a three-course meal and beverage pairings to one lucky eClub member who is signed up prior to its grand opening on June 27.
