Wild Fork works with farmers, ranchers, and fisherman to secure the highest quality product, blast freezing every item at its peak freshness, and delivering to its own stores and ecommerce fulfillment centers throughout the United States.

According to CEO Joaquin Gonzalez Varela in a statement, Wild Fork’s Aventura location bridges the location gap between stores that the brand has in other parts of Dade County (Kendall, Pinecrest, Doral) and Broward County, providing a convenient location for the brand’s fans in Northern Dade County. “Since launching with our first store in 2018 in Fort Lauderdale, we’ve continued to stores throughout South Florida – this is a great market for Wild Fork’s variety, convenience and pricing. With more than 700 products on offer, Wild Fork can deliver everything from weeknight dinner staples like chicken breasts and ground beef to special occasion dinner party ingredients like organic rack of lamb, 100% Japanese A5 Wagyu and Ahi Tuna Saku Block. We’ve expanded our line of side dishes, and ready to eat meals as well as vegetables, breads, desserts, spices and sauces to go along with every meal. And our high-quality gift baskets and suggested bundles for holiday meals, special occasions and gifting has really taken off since we introduced them in 2020 along with our increased shipping capabilities.”

Wild Fork’s national expansion has been in areas that are adjacent to distribution centers – in Texas, Chicagoland, Philadelphia /South Jersey and southern California and continue to open stores nationwide, along with e-commerce delivery throughout the continental United States.
